Do Fruzo smoothies contain the same nutrients as fresh fruits and vegetables?
Fruzo uses an innovative technology, better known as freeze-drying, which has been used worldwide for over 100 years to remove water from fresh fruits and vegetables.
This method preserves nutrients (fiber, macro- and micronutrients), extends shelf life, reduces weight for easier transport, ensures rapid rehydration and preserves the flavor of the fruits and vegetables.
How many servings of fruit and/or vegetables does one Fruzo contain?
Each smoothie contains the equivalent of 150 grams of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, which are then freeze-dried to preserve all the nutrients. This is almost 40% of your daily recommended intake.
Is the subscription without obligations?
A major advantage of our subscription is that it's completely free of obligation. You decide when you start and when you stop.
What are the ingredients?

How are Fruzo smoothies made?
Fruzo smoothies are made with real fruits and vegetables that are gently dried to preserve their nutrients, color, and flavor. The result is a pure, shelf-stable powder that easily mixes with liquid to create a fresh, nutrient-rich smoothie in seconds.
Can I mix it with just water?
Yes! You can mix your Fruzo smoothie with water for a light, refreshing drink. For a creamier texture, use milk, oat milk, almond milk, or another liquid of your choice.
How should I store the packs?
Store your Fruzo sachets in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Refrigeration is not necessary. Once opened, reseal the sachet tightly or store the powder in an airtight container.
How do I prepare my smoothie?
- Add approximately 200ml of cold liquid (water or milk of choice) to a bottle or shaker.
- Add one Fruzo sachet.
- Shake or blend well until smooth.
- Let it sit for about a minute to allow the powder to fully hydrate, then enjoy your smoothie!
What is the shelf life of a Fruzo smoothie?
Unopened Fruzo sachets can be stored for up to 12 months from the production date. Check the "best before" label on each pack for exact details. After mixing with liquid, consume the smoothie within 24 hours and store it in the refrigerator if you're not drinking it immediately.
Can I prepare my smoothie in advance?
Yes, you can. Store it in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours for the best taste and texture. For optimal freshness, we recommend blending the smoothie just before drinking.
How many smoothies can I drink per day?
That depends on your personal nutritional goals. Fruzo smoothies are a healthy and natural way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet. Most people drink one to two smoothies a day as part of a balanced lifestyle.
There are lumps in my smoothie – why is that?
Small lumps can naturally occur because Fruzo powders contain only pure, dried fruits and vegetables – without additives or anti-caking agents. To prevent this:
- Gently massage the sachet before opening it.
- Shake or blend well after adding the liquid.
- Let the smoothie sit for a minute so that the powder can completely dissolve.
Is Fruzo lactose and gluten free?
Yes, Fruzo is completely lactose- and gluten-free. However, Fruzo is processed in a factory that handles lactose and milk proteins.
Shipping and delivery
Where do you deliver Fruzo smoothies?
We currently ship within the European Union. We're working on expanding to other countries – stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We sometimes offer free shipping on larger orders.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours on a business day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries within the European Union take 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If you want to change your delivery address, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as your order hasn't shipped yet.
What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?

Subscriptions
What is a subscription and how does it work?
With a subscription, you sign up once and receive Fruzo smoothies regularly on a schedule of your choosing. Billing and orders are processed automatically, so your product is delivered regularly without you having to reorder each time.
How can I change my subscription frequency or skip a delivery?
You can manage your subscription details in your personal account on our website: adjust the next shipping date, skip an order, or change the smoothies you want to receive.
Can I pause or resume my subscription?
Yes. The subscription can be temporarily paused when you don't need deliveries and resumed when you're finished. During this pause, no new orders will be placed and no billing will occur.
How are recurring payments processed?
After your first payment, recurring billing will be processed automatically. Payment methods such as SEPA Direct Debit or credit card will be used for ongoing charges. Orders and invoices will be scheduled according to your subscription cycle.
How can I update my payment method or address information?
In your subscription account, you can update your billing information, payment method, and shipping address without contacting support.
Can I cancel my subscription and what happens then?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, no further invoices or deliveries will be processed. Please check beforehand for any outstanding orders or invoices.
